The partner in charge of the department, is well -regarded in the community and has good local connections, built up over the years. He is the Duty Solicitor Administrator for the Bolton Scheme and is a member of the Legal Services Commis

Roger joined Garstangs in January 2000. He has previously specialised in serious crime and has defended many high profile cases of violence, very large scale drug importations and cases under the Terrorism Act.

Richard joined Garstangs as Partner in January 1990. He has been ranked as a leading individual in the field of fraud by Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession for a number of years.

Anthony Harris joined Garstangs in 2001 and became a partner in 2002.
