and separation for non married couples
- Maintenance for children and spouses
Rhona has particular experience in dealing with financial settlements in divorce where one or both spouses have business interests be that sole traders/partnerships or Limited Companies. Rhona is a member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel, a "Solicitors Family Law Association Accredited Specialist" and a member of Child Concern.
The family department hold a full Legal Aid family franchise.
