particular emphasis in the owner-managed business sector.
In recent years the department has established itself as a leading provider of commercial property services to the pensions' industry. This often involves acting for pension trustees in the transfer of property in and out of self administered pension funds.
Whether it be a partnership agreement, commercial lease or terms
and conditions of business, they will all receive the same level of
legal diligence.
We can also handle disputes arising from a client’s commercial activities
– achieving settlement as quickly as possible but if necessary
pursuing the matter through the Courts.
Having taken the time to understand some of the finer issues of our client’s
business and establish a working relationship, we will deal with the legal
aspects arising day to day, using a positive approach to problem solving.
