Serious Fraud and Law Society Family Panels together with being an accredited member of the Solicitors Family Law
Association. In 1997, the firm was authorised as a Prosecuting Agent for the Department of Trade and Industry
in the North West of England.

The London Office holds a full Legal Aid franchise in the crime category and is situated at prestigious offices in the Strand opposite The Royal Courts of Justice. It is a member of the Serious Fraud Panel.
The senior resident Partner Richard Cornthwaite who heads up the fraud department is recognised as a leader in his field.

- Defending in cases prosecuted by HM Customs and Excise, the Inland Revenue, DTI and specialist divisions of the CPS.
